Transfer from the West Michigan area to Chicago for your flight to South America. Arrive later this evening to Peru’s vibrant capital city: Lima! Your flight will include all meals, beverages, and entertainment. Later, transfer to your hotel in the lovely Miraflores district on Pacific coast to relax and unwind.

This morning, join your local Peruvian tour guide as they take you on an in-depth walking tour of this beautiful capital. Visit sights such as:

  • Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Making Workshop

Savor the flavor of decadent chocolate! We will learn the history and the whole process of making all types of chocolate, from tea to truffles. You will start with toasting cacao nibs and end with your own delicious custom-made candy bar!


  • Visit the Sea Lions in the Palomino Islands

Calling all nature lovers! On this tour, you will cruise to the Guanera Islands (Islas Guaneras), where you may be able to spot Humboldt penguins, guanay birds, dolphins, and whales along your journey. On this excursion you will get the opportunity to swim alongside wild sea lions as they dance and play in the sea along on the coast of the Palomino Islands.


  • Bike Tour Lima

Hold on to your helmet! See the city by bike and learn about the local history and culture on your exciting trip as you put your pedal to the pavement with your local guide while weaving through the city.

This morning, pack your bags as we take a short flight to the Sacred Valley of Cusco, nestled between the Andes Mountains!


Upon arriving, you will meet your local guide who will take you on a guided tour of the city! Explore sites such as:

  • Plazoleta Regocijo and the City Hall

  • Plaza San Francisco and the Botanical Garden 

  • Saint Clair Arch

  • San Pedro Market

  • Plaza De Armas

  • Palace of Pachaquteq

Later, have some free time in the city to explore and shop at your own leisure.

Explore a local market in Cusco, then take a workshop on Peruvian cuisine during this 4-hour traditional culinary experience. Learn about the functions of traditional Andean kitchens and local specialties from a professional Peruvian chef. Bon Appetit!


  • Sacred Valley Full Day Trip

The Sacred Valley is a region in Peru's Andean highlands which formed the heart of the Incan Empire. On this guided day tour, we will visit four major historical and archeological sites: Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Urubamba, and Chincheros; and get a chance to see some of the most impressive Incan ruins in all of Peru!

Today, we head to train station to board the upgraded VistaDome train with grand panoramic views through the Inca Trail, as we make our way up to the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu.


This Incan citadel is settled high in the Andes Mountains above the Urubamba River Valley. Many say it is the greatest of the Seven Wonders of the World!


Our VIP tickets grant us access to the Machu Picchu ruins to explore up close and personal and at your own pace. After a big day of exploring, we will take the train back to Cusco.

Cusco is one of the best places to find exotic textiles and handmade crafts by local artisans. Check out the shops near the Plaza de Armas or join us for one of these amazing optional excursions!


  • Rainbow Mountain Full-Day ATV Tour

Rainbow Mountain is the second most visited place in Peru after Machu Picchu. You will trek to the summit of this rugged mountainside with your guide on 4x4 ATVs. Drive and take in the beauty of this vividly colored landscape that is unlike any in the world! On this 12-hour day trip, both breakfast and lunch are provided. 


  • Natural Textiles of the Andes Workshop

Be involved in the ancient tradition of weaving vibrant textiles guided by master artisan weavers! During the tour, you will take part in collecting plants, preparing the alpaca wool, and the dyeing process. All materials will be provided for the workshop and everything that you produce can be taken home as a souvenir!


  • Rafting on the Urubamba River Rapids

The Pinipampa section of the Urubamba river is the most beautiful and tranquil as it bubbles past valley farms and cottages. This gentile canoe trip will glide down the river with a few rapids to test your skills. A tasty picnic lunch will be waiting for you at the end.

Say goodbye to Cusco as we head back to Lima for our final night in Peru. After checking into our hotel, enjoy free time in the city and later join us for a visit to the Magic Water Circuit!

This evening, experience a sound and light extravaganza to remember, on a lush 19-acre reserve that is filled with stunning fountains where enormous jets of water explode into the skies to music and lights. This circuit of 13 interactive fountains is the jewel of Lima and is the most popular display in the city!

Fly Back Home

Transfer back to the airport for your flight back to the USA, including meals, beverages, and entertainment. Later, transfer back to West Michigan via private coach.
