Group Tours:

Percussive Tours reserves the right to modify any portion of the group trip itineraries if certain items become unavailable. All group tours are non-refundable after the posted registration deadline. Trips cancelled before this deadline are given a 100% refund. If a Percussive Tours group trip is unable to depart due to travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the trip will be rescheduled to a later date and customers will not need to pay any extra for this. We remind everyone that all group trip dates are tentative and Percussive Tours reserves the right to change the dates as necessary to adapt to the ongoing travel restrictions caused by the pandemic.

Private Tours:

Once a private trip has been booked and confirmed, it is not possible to cancel for a refund. All cancelled trips will result in forfeiture of any payments received by the time of cancellation. Percussive Tours will try to get back any monies from refundable portions of the reservation (if any), but refunds are at the sole discretion of the tour operator (not Percussive Tours) and not guaranteed. We advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance protection to be covered in case of needing to cancel (for a covered reason).
