The founder, Jared Hauck (pictured above), received his tour director training in Madrid, Spain and has traveled to 172 countries and all 7 continents, leading roughly 6 international group trips per year for Percussive Tours.

Rachel has years of experience in project management and cost analysis. She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University where she received her B.A. in Communication Studies. In her free time, she loves to paint and explore nature near her home in Grand Rapids, MI.
